Here at Lotus, We're a small family owned company so our space is limited. We only work with Auto Repair Shops that meet the following criteria:

Desire to or currently involved in community outreach

Shop must be located in Western, MA, Connecticut, or Southwest, FL (we're hands on)

Not scared of hard work - coaching makes growth easier, it doesn't make it easy

Ability to have weekly coaching calls

All of our coaching programs start with a series of interviews to determine your pain points and if you're a good fit for us and the program. We want to be able to help you. From there the average client grows 5:1 in 180 days.
