We've approved you for $20,000. This is a managed line so as you draw down, e mail Nicole@LotusFinancial.us to get approval and to release funds. 120 day grace on initial draws. Fixed at 6% for 12 months

New Property:
Once we examine the financials further we will determine a realistic amount that we should spend on a larger property that OCD can grow into. This is generally done by setting a revenue target for the business then seeking out properties based on the calculated amount. Lotus Construction will renovate to suit and OCD can operate there for many years to come. Lotus or it's nominee will retain ownership to the property.

Monthly Management Fee: $1,200/mo + 5% of gross sales
You're still going to work, it won't be easy. But we'll give you the direction and support you need to help us all reach our goals. This includes all marketing, Accounting, and management fees. You'll just pay your ad spend. Lotus staff does not and will not work in your business to help with the day to day. We're just going to give you the time, tools, and training that you need to be successful. This fee increases by $100 every 12 months.

Ownership Stake: 25%
We feel that it will take 36-48 months to see a mostly self sufficient and profitable operation. Lotus will back out at 48 months. We anticipate a valuation of about $720k. OCD will then pay a flat fee of $180,000 @ 0% for 60 months / $3,000 mo. Lotus staff will be available but not involved in the operation, will no longer take 5%, and will no longer take a management fee.

Time to Execute: 48 Hours
We're pretty efficient at getting docs sent over. Average turnaround to have everything drawn up and signed is about 48 hours. With a little bit of work, we can have you operating a new way by next week.
