James Stephenson is a Master Automotive Technician, entrepreneur, and multi location automotive business owner with nearly three decades of experience in the automotive repair industry. He built his career from technician to shop owner and operator, developing the teams, systems, and facilities required to grow independent automotive businesses.
His experience extends beyond automotive operations into commercial real estate acquisition, construction, and redevelopment, giving Lotus the ability to identify properties, improve them, and build automotive businesses around the real estate.
Nicole Stephenson is a CPA with a background in enterprise-level finance and accounting. She oversees the financial structure, reporting, controls, and analysis that support Lotus's acquisitions, real estate investments, and operating companies.
Together, James and Nicole combine automotive operations, real estate, construction, and financial management to acquire and develop properties and build businesses designed for long-term ownership.
