At the core of Lotus are James Stephenson and Nicole Stephenson.
James is a Master Automotive Technician, multi shop owner, and operator. He understands what it takes to run and grow an auto repair business because he’s lived it. Hiring challenges. Time pressure. Fluctuating car count. Leading a team while protecting a family business and pushing it forward.
Nicole is a CPA and senior financial executive. She brings structure and clarity to the financial side of the business. She makes sure decisions are based on real numbers, clean data, and long term value, not short term fixes.
Together, they lead the companies under Lotus with a focus on strong operations, clear leadership, and steady growth.
Our experience covers shop operations, leadership, sales and marketing, financial performance, and technician hiring and retention. We don’t advise from the outside. We operate from within. We build systems, strengthen teams, and fix the issues that quietly hold businesses back.
