Phase 1: Coaching & Evaluation (6–12 Months)

Every prospective partnership begins by working with our coaching team for 6–12 months.

If, after the coaching phase, you're invited to partner with Lotus, the relationship changes significantly.

When we partner, we invest our own time, our team, and our capital into the business. Improvements, systems, and support are paid for by us and supported by the new cash flow the business creates as it grows with us.

We don't earn by charging fees for activity when we partner. We earn by creating real value. Our incentives are fully aligned with the long term success of the business.

Only after this foundation is set do we focus on scaling.

At this stage, we become hands on and you get a lot more free time to work on the business.
