Sometimes that means acquiring an existing auto repair shop and the real estate behind it. Other times, it means purchasing a commercial property, renovating it with our team, and opening one of our automotive businesses in the completed facility.

At the core of Lotus are James Stephenson and Nicole Stephenson.

​

James is a Master Automotive Technician, multi-shop owner, and operator with nearly three decades of automotive experience. He understands the business from the shop floor up because he has lived it—from repairing vehicles and hiring technicians to building teams, managing construction, developing properties, and operating multiple locations.

​

Nicole is a CPA and senior financial executive. She brings financial structure and discipline to Lotus, helping evaluate acquisitions, manage investments, measure performance, and make decisions based on long-term value rather than short-term results.

Together, they lead the companies under Lotus with a focus on real estate, construction, automotive operations, financial performance, and long-term growth.
